- نحمص الطحين على النار مع السمن الى ان يصبح لون الطحين اشقر نرفعه عن النار ونتركه الى ان يبرد تمام.
- ثم نضع فوقه السكر والحليب البارد ونحركه الى ان يذوب الطحين تماما ثم نضعه على النار ونستمر بالتحريك الى ان يثقل القوام وتسكب في صحن التقديم.
- ملاحظة : ممكن الاستغناء عن السكر ونضع عسل عليها بعد ان نضعها في صحن التقديم وممكن نضع عليها جوز وبالهنا والعافيه.
