- ناخذ القسم الاخر ونضع الصبغه الحمراء ونضيف الون ونحركه جيدا ثم نضعه فوق الون الابيض.
- ناخذ القسم الاخر ونضع الاصفر ونغليه ونصبه بالاكواب او القالب.
- الخليط يجب ان يكون ليش متكتك ويكون رهف قليلا وليس جامد.
- نضعهم بالبراد ليبرد وتجمد الحلاوه ثم نقلب القالب ونزينه بجوز الهند وبالعافيه.
