- نضعه من على النار نضيف الخل وعصير الحامض مع التحريك وسيبدأ في التكتل نقوم بواسطة مغرفة مسطحة جمع التكتلات الى طرف الطنجرة وعصرها وهكذا نبقى نجمع التكتلات ونضمها لبعض ونضغط على جانب الطنجرة.
- نستمر في جمع التكتلات وعصرها بالمغرفة جيدا نستمر بهذه الطريقة حتى لايبقى سوى ماء ولاتظهر تكتلات اخرة نعصرها جيدا باليد ودئما داخل الطنجرة ونجدب لنرى هل اصبح مطاطيا نستمر في دعكه داخل الطنجرة حتى يصبح مطاطيا.
- ثم نقوم روضعه بطنجرة اخرى بها ماء بنفس درجة حرارة الماء الاول ونشتغل بنفس الطريقة ونرى ان اصبح مطاطيا ويلف على اليد حينها يكون قد اكتمل.
- نضعه في انية ونقوم بتسويته على شكل قرص او طولي وندخله الثلاجة الى حين الاستعمال.
